We're often asked, what exactly IS a gig and what sorts of HR gigs are there? Here's what we think.
Simply put, our definition of a gig is a temporary or fractional work assignment carried out by a freelancer - in our case an experienced freelance senior-level HR professional.
It could be a specialist people project that lasts a few months, or a short burst of advice. It could also be a part-time requirement for a longer period such as a fractional HR Director or retained HR Consultant.
As long as it's not permanent or fixed term employment, it's a gig in our world.

HOW IT WORKS

Let us know what you're looking for, how long for and when to start.
We can offer one-off project resources, ongoing part time fractional resources or a retainer for ongoing advisory services. If you need any help deciding, fill in the form below and we'll chat it all through.

Have a chat about your requirement
Once you've completed the enquiry form, we'll get in touch to get some more details from you, give you some initial advice and discuss how we can help and how we work.
We'll also share outline fees with you, which will depend on the scope of your requirement.
3.
Agree the terms
We'll provide you with a proposal and check in with you to make sure you are happy to proceed.
4.
Work with us
We'll introduce you to your lead consultant who will agree the specific ways of working with you.
WHAT DOES IT COST?
Free basic introductions or a fixed fee for an assisted search and selection.
If you're used to recruiting people, you may be familiar with a percentage rate.
Well, we don't do that - because our highly skilled members are our world and we're here to help them prosper by securing great gigs for them.
We don't charge for introductions, however, if you want us to do more for you to vet and screen then we'll charge a flat fee for an assisted search, dependent on your needs, which we'll discuss with you during our discovery call.
All we ask is that your request is bona-fide and you don't ghost the members we introduce to you.
