Meet our founder

Hey there! I'm Dotty Day.

I've had an incredibly squiggly HR career journey over the past 25 years, hopping between companies as an employee to catapult myself to a senior position before going solo as an HRpreneur though my business Nu Leaf.

During my journey, I've helped numerous folk to go solo - including the author of this book I'm clutching! :)

At gighrly we are here to help folk transform from employee to entrepreneur and we've seen some amazing transformations already.

We believe in win-win-win (grow, but not at all costs); together is best (I work with a bunch of amazing collaborators to devise and deliver our programmes and support infrastructure and I love connecting folk to each other); and be kind (integrity, fairness and reciprocity are the ethos of how we do business).

And it's on this basis that we've developed our transformation programmes, our marketplace directory and our joint ventures to support people pros to prosper in business, with knowledge, skill and confidence!
