Hey there! I'm Dotty Day.

I've had an incredibly squiggly HR career journey over the past 25 years, hopping between companies as an employee to catapult myself to a senior position before going solo as an HRpreneur though my business Nu Leaf.

During my journey, I saw a huge gap in the world of freelance HR. There were no spaces where we could safely chat as HR pros about the nitty-gritty of running a business for ourselves. Think landing gigs, understanding branding, finance, IR35 and those dreaded taxes!
