We're often asked, what exactly IS a gig and what sorts of HR gigs are there?  Here's what we think.


Simply put, our definition of a gig is a temporary or fractional work assignment carried out by a freelancer - in our case an experienced freelance senior-level HR professional. 


It could be a specialist people project that lasts a few months, or a short burst of advice.  It could also be a part-time requirement for a longer period such as a fractional HR Director. 


As long as it's not deemed permanent employment, it's a gig in our world.

Beyond our job board, we can help you with your search.  There's no 'spray and pray' with us.  We'll check the skills and experience of our members against the brief and reach out to those who may present the best match.  All you need to do is sit back and wait for us to introduce them to you.

Post your gig on our gigboardTM

You will receive a link to register on our gigboard where you can then choose from a selection of posting types, depending on your needs.     


We can also post confidentially on your behalf if you prefer.   

4.

Hire your gighrly gighrler

Interested members will apply directly to you unless you've chosen our assisted search option where we'll introduce 2 or 3 suitable people pros to you.


Simply choose the HR expert who you believe is the best fit for your company and contract with them directly.    All we ask is that you don't ghost them!


WHAT DOES IT COST?

For the next four weeks, absolutely NOTHING!

You see, our members are our world and we're here to help them to prosper by securing great gigs with great companies.  So, this service is completely free for clients and agencies in our first month of launch.  Thereafter, there will be a value for money posting fee or an assisted search fee, which we'll talk you through when we chat.


If you proceed, all we ask is that your request is bona-fide and you don't ghost our members.
